Athletic superstars Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe have become the first ever gay couple to appear on the cover of ESPN The Magazine's annual Body Issue.
Basketball player Sue, 37, and soccer player Megan, 32 - who have five Olympic gold medals between the two of them - officially announced they were a couple in July 2017 after several months of dating.
In an interview with ESPN's Jemele Hill, the couple admitted they were surprised the magazine wanted both of them for the cover.
